Accomplishments

• Founded and built Kein Systems, a digital product marketplace for selling web business systems, using a static HTML/CSS/JS frontend backed by Netlify Functions and a Supabase (Postgres) database.
• Integrated PayPal and PayMongo as dual payment processors, implementing a QRPh flow through PayMongo's Payment Intent workflow for GCash-based checkout.
• Built a discount and promo code system alongside a referral code and commission payment structure, with audit logging to track transactions and admin actions.
• Designed a multi-step commission request flow, including an admin review panel and a buyer-facing dashboard section for tracking request status.
• Implemented buyer authentication using JWT and localStorage, alongside a separate admin authentication pattern (ks_admin_token) with dedicated helpers for admin session handling and navigation.
• Developed an admin panel for managing products, orders, commissions, and promo/referral codes, with ongoing work reconciling authentication patterns across the platform.

UI/UX PROTOTYPE DESIGNER

Accomplishments

• Designed and delivered four client-commissioned UI/UX prototypes in Figma while studying, spanning inventory management, library systems, and food ordering domains.
• Built a smart inventory management prototype with automated low-stock alerts and a mobile-first layout for a small business client.
• Produced a design proposal prototype for a law academic library, translating LEB Memorandum Order No. 26, Series of 2022 compliance requirements into an editorial, document-style presentation for stakeholder pitching.
• Prototyped a library management system with a customer-service focus, including multi-provider sign-in and account recovery flows.
• Designed a branded ordering flow for a coffee shop client, aligning the sign-in and ordering screens with the client's warm, artisanal brand identity.
• Ran each engagement end-to-end — client requirements gathering, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and presentation of final flows for approval.

• Built Campus Pulse, a C#.Net/ASP.NET student tracking web application with a live attendance dashboard, per-student searchable records, and real-time API integrations for schools.
• Developed Quiz Forge, a C#.Net web-based quiz builder enabling custom multiple-choice quizzes with live scoring and instant result breakdowns.
• Designed and built Veloria's System, a PHP/MySQL business management platform for a small-to-medium enterprise — covering a credit sales module, payroll with government-mandated deductions, and a QuickBooks-style accountant dashboard.
• Added a BIR-ready tax reporting module to Veloria's System, covering Philippine forms 2550Q, 1601-C, and 1604-E with tabbed sections, print-to-PDF support, and TRAIN Law withholding estimates.
• Implemented role-based dashboards (admin, office staff, factory staff) to tailor functionality and permissions across different user types.
• Worked across the stack — from schema design and SQL query optimization to frontend UI/UX — to replace manual, spreadsheet-based workflows with secure, web-based systems.
